oc or not oc: what the heck is this?? please explain this part.

Powers:
Radioactive: Switch is higly radioactive but completely immume to the effects of it or other radioactive objects.
He infects anything he touches or comes near if his isolation suit is not turned on.
Isolation suit: This suit was made for Switch to control his radioactive aura.
It fits Switch like a second skin and is completely transperent.
He never takes it off, only in isolated rooms.
Nuclear rays: Switch can shoot Nuclear rays out of his hand, he can change these rays from terribly weak to extremely strong.
Weakness: Water!, Switches only real enemy is water because water can easely wash away his radio active beams and rays.
History: Mark became an victim of the leak in the nuclear reactor just outside Manhattan when he was 10 years old.
(what never heard of it? lol cause it doesnt exist ;D )
Miracle above Miracle Mark survived but he was highly radioactive. In two days he had infected half of the lands around Manhattan before he was captured by an research team. This team locked him up in an isolation cell for tests. The researchers worked for the evil mastermind Alexander Morari who was going to use switch to conquer America. The researchers made a special suit for Mark that would isolate the radioactive rays within it.
But Switch took revenge for his capture, the moment the researchers gave the suit to Mark he used it to destroy the entire research lab.
He feld into the mountians where he discovered his new powers. But soon he found out that the mountians wouldnt last much longer if Mark continued to train there.
So he traveled to New york
He heard that many mutants went there for an better life. He gave himself the nicname Switch and headed to New york.
age:15 but somtimes acts like an adult.
side: brotherhood.
Sample post: Mark woke up in some kind of isolation cell, he couldnt really remembered what happned. Only a big explosion and toxic waste dripping on his arm. He shiffered and touched the place where the toxic waste had touched his body and almost passed out a second time, his whole body was glowing with radioactive beams!.
Mark stood up and tried to walk a bit, at least his body parts were still working. He walked back but suddenly he heard the sound of moving metal.
The door of the isolation cell was being unlocked and two men in white suits entered the other half of the room, seperated form Mark by a large bullet proof window.
(btw i changed my age from 19 to 15 i hope u dont mind, it wont happen again. i promise
