note: This is my 3rd of 4 concepts peged for this board, i will not be submiting any more after the 4th, and this one here is done mainly to help add some spice. Thus i present our villian.
FYI White King is the name sabastian used in a Future Time Line where he was evicted from the Hellfire club and joined the Xmen (well he want a x-man but he was a ally)

b]Discription:[/b] Sabasian has a real flair for victorian garb so thats how he dresses, petty coat, ruvvled shirts, etc. When in his hero atire not much changes, his uniform consists mainly of a white mask and change of clothes. His hair style is short, trim but atractive, like a noble man. His eyes are slate grey. His hair is raven black
Apperance: See Description, honestly i think these two fields are redundent.
Powers: Sabastian can turn kenetic energy into stregth, Cyclops optic blasts, bullets, punches its like hitting a marshmellow as he converts it into strength. Shaw must be in contact with the energy in order to absorb it. If Shaw strikes a blow to someone or something, or is himself struck, he will absorb the energy of that blow. He has also been observed to be able to absorb electrical energy directed at him. Shaw's power to absorb and convert kinetic energy him invulnerable to various forms of attack.
Weakness: He is still relitivly new to his powers and tops out at the 10 ton dead lift range, i time the cap with rise but any damage sustained after his cap he cant absorb and can only resist with his enhanced endurace (that is tied to his enhanced strength.)
On a added note when he uses his enhanced strength he consumes that energy so each consecutive act of super strength wears down his strength.
Personality: Sabastian has a serious god complex, since his powers manifested and even before he has thought himslef better then others. While he is able to fake emotions like love and trust the truth o the matter is its the means to a end to increase his powerbase. Earning his real trust is no easy task and those who do gain a powerful ally, even if its only in the sense he wont activly try to ruin their lives.
History: Sebastian Shaw was born into an impoverished family, but with his superb business skills, he became a multi thousand dollar mogal by the age of 18. Founding Shaw Industries he does defense contracts and the productions of munitions.
Shortly after Shaw was invited to join the Hellfire Club, the leading organization for the elite of society.
Ruthless and cold he was burned many times in his early career and became a closed off cold hearted megomaniac.
A series of bad relationsips and atempted power plays by what he percived as friends to take his money and power from him caused him to reevaluate his life. Always nursing the idea he was better then anyone else his re evauation solidifed his resolved and when Magneto aproched him offering him a position in a group of powerful mutants who sought superioroity over the baseline s their was no question he would join the Brother Hood.
Now in his last year of Highschool Shaw is geting ready to take Shaw Industries International.
