Discription: Eyes: Green Hair: Brown, short
Apperance: Jonathan usually wears simple things such as jeans and long sleeved shirt. Usually button down shirts with collars and a nice flanel pattern of blue color. He is a burly guy being about 6'4" and doesnt like showing skin as much as possible. He weighs about 340lbs very bulky and muscular.
Powers:Jonathan has a unique physiology with a hyper metabalism. This metabalism is do to his body producing nuclear energy. As such his body is modified so the energy doesnt leak through his body unless forced out. Also his body temperature is about 30-40 degrees higher than normal persons at all times but when he becomes emotional his powers flare and his body can reach up to 4000 degrees. This energy in his body when he is emotional enough will project out through the seal of his body and form either a layer of energy around his body or if he concentrates on something he can make it form into orbs or a beam. But using a beam of energy drains more energy and is much more destructive.
Weakness: He has a severe eating issue because of his metabalism. If he doesnt keep enough foo in him he will literally waste away with his body canabalising his own muscle tissue for sustenance.
Personality: Jonathan is a rather mentally fragile person. He has depression at all times because of a chemical inbalance in his mind. He can be very gentle one moment and enraged the next it depends on his mood at the time and what is happening.
He resolvs to anger quickly when he feels like he is being patrenized or babied. He is rather intelligent but misguided by emotion and depression. He is very loyal and caring person for his friends and comrads.
History: Jonathan raised by his loving parents who were catholic. They sent him to private religious schooling which he hated. He was born with a chemical inbalance that made him depressed through out his life but that was not discovered till later. He was picked on because he was taller and fatter than the rest. Kindergarden and first grade wernt so bad but after there things went to hell for him.
He had no friends he wasnt ever invited to anything. People came to him when they needed help in math or science but that was all the interaction he ever had with them. He was on occasion invited to thing as a joke just to find he had been lied to as a cruel joke. He was very sad as a child. He started to eat more as a back up for comfort. He gained weight more and more. Then it came a crush he had on a girl. He couldnt bare it anymore at the school with what seemed like taunting to no end. So he transfered to public school in 8th grade.
Finishing out his middle school years in public school was better than the religious because they didnt make fun of him near as much and he actually had some people who were nice to him since he was on the football team. Then it came high school. A big leap in life from where he was. He had made enemies in high school who hated him. He was very disturbed individual by this point as the summer after his 8th grade year his parent divorced. This drove the minor depression he had always felt super charge into major depression.
He was diagnosed a few days before his change happened. Jonathan had started to become hungrier lately not showing any change though taking down a lot of food as he could eat a lot before. While at school he was approached by a student named Lynn Flemming. He loved to rag on Jonathan and was no exception that day. Except this time he got a few buddies and started to beat up Jonathan.
Jonathan released a wave of energy than knocked them all back and destroyed part of the building. He ran away and didnt stop for some time. Slowly he started to melt away the fat as his mutant powers took root only days after his 16th birthday. Shortly after living on the streets he noticed a young woman was following him. She introduced herself as Raven and told him about a place he could go with others like him. He didnt believe her but then she talked him into coming and checking it out. He decided to adn this was before the house was junked out so it looked nice and he decided he would live there.
Over the coarse of many years his mind was tainted by Mystique to think everyone else hated him and that they would never accept him which worked all to easily. Now he had become a part of the brotherhood and hated all those people who taunted him. He got along with blob pretty well since he knew what it was like to get made fun of for being fat. Though he had develpoed into a nice figure foro a guy he still had a mental block that made him think he was still fat.
Sample Post: Jonathan walked out of the living room heading to the kitchen finding some cereal. He pours it into an old gallon contanor of ice cream. He poured on the milk eating it greedily as he went outside and looked at the rising sun. He was chowing down fast almost inhaling it. He sighed slightly looking out as he noticed Mystique "Hi." he said friedly enough.
Mystique said "Dont talk to me right now I am busy." Jonathan sort of frown she was a person he got along with normally. He couldnt deny perhaps a crush but he wouldnt think anything of it. She wasnt interested in him. Jonathan finished his cereal was bored and hungry still.
He saw some birds flighing over head and got his hand thingyed in a gun positiona dhe aims up at the birds with his thumb as a sight. He pulled the 'trigger' releasing a small green beam that hit it and the bird dropped. He moved up taking it he blazed it flash cooking it with his powers and then started to eat it.
