Apperance: Drake is a lean muscled guy. He is well kept most times. He has a very nice smile and a light tan on his skin. He likes to wear suits. His favorite being a white shirt no collar under a black vest and jacket but without shoulder accentuation so it runs smoother with black pants and black shoes.
Powers: Drake's body chemistry is unique. Every human and mutant produces adrenalin when he or she becomes emotional. Drake's adrenilin is different. His strength is increased drastically more than normal people. At this highest stage though it would result in death shortley after. His strength is increased 500 times at this point. Normally he can lift 250 lbs. So at his maximum he could lift at peak performance of his power he could lift 125,000 lbs. As well with adrenilin the natural pain killer portion is enhanced as well. Also his adreniline glands are hyper active which means they trigger easily. So when his powers activate he becomes stronger and numb to physical wounds to an extent. The more his strength increases from this overactive and potent adreniline the more numb his body becomes for the time being. Also with stength increase comes a speed increase. Also with the added and sometime damaging side effect sedatives will not work well on him. Depending on his level of power use he could take an elephant tranqualizer even and keep going not phased.
Weakness: The more his power activates the thinner his blood becomes so at highest level of power he would die from lack of oxygen because there wouldnt enough blood in his veins. As mentioned above he can take tranqualizers unphased but the down side is if its strong enough and depending on how recent if he comes down from using his power he could fall unconcious still or worse if enough or potent enough is in him die like a normal person. A mental note he has an inability to hurt women....even if they hurt him.
History: Jonathan Vanguard was wealthy Englishman that came to America. Here he met his wife to be Sara. Jonathan married her after 3 years of courting. They had a son and named him Drake. Drake was schooled in private schools. He was being taught much because he was supposed to be able to take it his father thought. His father was tough on him he knew that he still cared. He was taught many languages and was pushed to be cultured severly. In high school he was learning about business even then getting ready to take over his fathers company.
He wouldnt take it over right away just start working in it and working his way up. That is what his father wanted. About 1990 Drake's father joined the Friends of Humanity. Drake disapproved of this (even before knowing he was a mutant). He didnt see anything wrong with mutants in the least he thought they could be very useful in fact if given a chance.
In high school he was learning about business even then getting ready to take over his fathers company. In 2003 he and his father began arguing about the subject of mutants being good or evil. The argument was violent verbally. Drake hit his father and broke numerous items in the and stormed out. (this is more detailed int he sample post.) Magneto was waiting for him and talked to him and talked him into joining him. But seeing as he had male agression issues he sent him to Mystique to make matters easy. Drake still had his trustfun so he didnt really rely on the group for living just so he could be around and help fellow mutants.
Sample Post: His father started talking to Drake "I just heard that one of out offices got destroyed bye an explosion." Drake nodded "Thats sad. How did it happen." Then his father very sternly said "The offical report says accident but seems that a certain survivor had wreckage aall around her. Meaning she probably was a scummy mutant." Drake said to him "Mutants arnt that bad."
"Drake no Mutants are evil. They arnt natural." Drake retorted "No your wrong they arnt." "How dare you contradict me in my own home." "Shut up you poppus, egocentric, racist." Mr. Vanguard returned the comment with a backhand to the face. Drake was seething mad when this happened. His mind just snapped and his powers surged through his body. He then slammed his fists upon the solid oak desk in front of him causing it to snap in half. Mr. Vanguards eyes widened "Oh my God son your one of those....those freaks."
"Dont call me that!" "Get out! Get out of my house! You are no longer my son! I have no child." Mrs. Vanguard entered the room hearing everything since the two fought so loud "Dont you dare say that Jonathan." He then proceeded to back hand her upon the face she then fell over. Drakes eyes looked almost on fire. He then punched his father in the chest. He sent his father flying 9 feet through a window. Drake realized what he had done and ran out of the house.
